This new Wok from AllClad is awesome. Especially for the money. Cooks evenly from the bottom of the Wok to the top. And did I mention easy to clean. We never put our AllClad non stick pans in the dishwasher so everything is done by hand. No problem. Takes less than a minute to keep it clean and shiny after each use.

Good for stir frying. Very good quality and so heavy, a bit difficult to lift up by one hand. Don’t like the handle, which is flat with a little curve, it’s not comfortable to grip at all, hope they will change the design

Top quality and build like you’d expect from All Clad. My issue with this is the weight. We like to impress our dogs by tossing foods in the pan with one hand and this is often too heavy. A two hand toss is just not as elegant. It’s more of a personal preference rather than a product issue. These are built very well, heat up great, and retain shape like they should!

Updated - was my favorite cookware, now disappointed
My favorite wok and I use it daily for most cooking. I even bought an extra one since this appears to be unavailable most of the time in the past several months. My first one lasted a year then it showed scratches on the bottom, for my 2nd one I now always wait for it to cool before washing and I think that will help it last a lot longer. My 3rd one is resting in my cabinet until I finally need to replace the 2nd one again. Even if I have to replace it every year I would not hesitate to make the purchase, that's how much I love it .Update - As I've said previously I loved this wok and I replace mine periodically. My latest orders (2 of them, one from Amazon and the other one from a 3rd party seller) both came in as shallow pans. I then read reviews and it appears that they have now discontinued the previous version. Why did they do that? I am sad now. I will be looking for a similar wok elsewhere for future replacement.

Best pan I've ever had!
I've always had top of the line pans and having been using AllClad for almost 20 years. I was visiting a friend who was using a pampered chef pan and I was so impressed with it I decided to try one. I searched Amazon and didn't read carefully, so ordered the AllClad! Am I happy I did. I think I got the same quality pan for less than 1/2 the price! I would buy a smaller one also if only I had the storage room for it. It cooks great and you can almost clean it with just a paper towel. You really only need oil for flavoring. I highly recommend!

I love this pan! The deep sides are helpful for stirring a large amount of food, it is nonstick, cooks evenly, and is also very easy to clean (but is even dishwasher safe for those lazy days). The only thing I don’t “love” is how heavy it is haha, it’s near impossible for my wrists to pick up or move one-handed, BUT that is because it is an intense, high quality pan!! As long as you have two hands free, it’s got a great extra handle on the other side to pick up and move.

Disappointing handle design. The pan and nonstick coating cooks well. However, for a name like All Clad to have such a sharp edged handle design is extremely disappointing. I bought this pan at the same time I purchased two other frying pans, and the same handle design is on all three of the pans. The sides of the handle dig into the palm and is extremely painful even if one manages to have the strength to lift this very heavy chef's pan. It's not painful to lift the small 8" frying pan, but it was also painful to lift the 10" frying pan. The handle also gets very hot past half way along the length of the handle. All Clad needs to redesign these handles ASAP. I was planning to replace all of my cookware with All Clad, but this plan has been stopped in its tracks because of these handles. Extremely disappointing.
A little misleading in the description, but a great pan.
Here's the issue I had with this pan. The description said as new with a worn box from handling. The previous shipping label was cut off the box. So someone bought, then returned it. I looked it over real good and found no signs or usage though. The pan itself isn't a cheap pan, it has a nice heft and a good feel to it. We haven't used it a whole lot but it has done fine the times we did cook with it. For the price I paid, you couldn't beat it, so we've been happy with the purchase.
