It took a lot of work, but I found a way to make mine warp up in the middle. (My stupid flat top stove takes forever to warm up, so I'll turn it on "HIGH", then walk away and forget about it. Repeatedly.)But it's a great frying pan and I want a new one. I'll try to take better care of it this time.

This griddle is a keeper

Work great on electric glass top stove. Maintains non-stick surface after several months of daily breakfast. No warpage yet. I keep heat at medium or below, use non-metallic spatula to scrape pan into paper soak in paper plate. Then rinse under warm water and wipe out. This is a high quality griddle pan. Used Caphalon prior to this and this one is much better quality.

Handle is lacking

I own many all clad pieces. Very durable and cooks well. The size is a standard 11”, would like it to be a little larger. Pot and pan handles are cool while cooking, the handle to this pan is the same, although uncomfortable. Good non stick coating. Good warranty

Great addition to my cooking arsenal.

This has been a great addition to my kitchen. I wanted something small enough to be used on one burner but big enough to cook a nice amount of food. This griddle is very well made, it is made of a steel with a non stick coating, the handle is made of stainless steel. The pan heats up very evenly and quickly and is big enough to cook about 5 or 6 bacon strips, 2 pancakes or eggs and sausage at the same time. Clean up is a breeze, with just a damp cloth or lightly scrubbing. I mean, nothing sticks. This thing is amazing.
