Best nonstick pan

This is my favorite non stick pan. I had two in the past - a smaller square all-clad with handle, and a Williams Sonoma brand. And I have to say this is the best to date. One, it’s pretty thick so it won’t get warped. The handles do not get hot. The coating is excellent.I am careful with it not to scratch. But it’s big enough that I can make lots of pancakes or bacon for my family of 5.

I bought some cheaper non-stick griddles($30-$40) and they worked OK but this All-Clad griddle is significantly better. It heats up very fast, is uniform in its heating across the griddle and cleans up almost too easily. I pre treat the surface with oil and everything just slides off when cleaning time comes around..

Excellent Griddle

This griddle is excellent and is the quality you’d expect from All-Clad. I used it to prepare Christmas brunch and it helped me prepare a large amount of French toast and bacon for a crowd. I was impressed by the surface area and the integrated grease channels on the sides of this griddle. The handles also make it easy to handle the griddle. If anyone is looking for a high quality griddle, I definitely recommend this one.

Great Purchase, So useful, works well so far.

Pros- Make multiple things at the same time , 2 to 3 pan cakes depending on size , two eggs, a big large omlette!- Sturdy , easy to clean and looks good.No real cons, but if it was an inch smaller it would fit out Kitchen aid perfectly! Right now its a very tight balancing act.
