Great quality
Absolutely love this tray. The lid closes tightly (not airtight (probably), but good as a cover in the fridge). Sturdy and weighty material with purposeful handles that go straight up to minimise oven space needed. Used it for baking a small salmon en croute to good effect.

All Clad is top notch
Love all of my All Clad tools. Worth the investment. Will last a lifetime. Love the lid, nice addition.

Second one of these I have purchased!
I just bought my second All-Clad E9019464 Stainless Steel Square Baker w/ lid cookware, 8-Inch, from Amazon a week ago; I bought my first one (identical) from Bed, Bath, and Beyond but they were sold out. These pans are very high quality and just as pictured. Very heavily weighted as well and the lids are nicely made, too. I love that they have lids on them for storing in the refrigerator or freezer. I highly recommend buying them - especially since two 8x8 pans = one 13x9 inch pan so I split recipes in two and freeze the other half. Nothing bad to say about these pans!

Perfect Weight & Design!
I do a lot of home cooking & favor stainless steel..but the good heavy stainless. Love this design ...the handles are so helpful & I think dress it up as well. Big family, big table- much easier to cook up 2 of these & put at each end of the table so no passing around needed. Candied yams with toasted marshmallows or scalloped potatoes.. very handy.

Nice little baking pan
I was looking for a small roasting pan and settled on this 8 inch square baker. The metal is substantial, very much like my large All Clad roasting pan. Just need to add a small rack and I can use it for small or half chicken, fish, veges, even a small roast. Nice. The handles are great for easy lifting, and the plastic lid is a nice feature for tossing leftovers into the fridge. I am very happy with this pan and recommend it for roasting and baking. It is made in China, not US, but the quality is still good.

Convenience, beauty and elegance -- hard to beat!!
Love this pan, and also its bigger sibling the lasagna pan. As always, a brilliant All-Clad finish that washes up clean and new-looking no matter how much of a mess you made with your cooking (if anything's baked on, just let it soak a little in mild soapy water; if it's on the outside, soak inside a larger pan or tub). Lighter than some of All-Clad's pans, but still heavy enough that it cooks through easily while minimizing burning. Great to have the top. And, despite what reviewers say, the top DOES come off and go on easily, at least if you read the instructions the come with the pan. There are 2 small embossed arrows on the non-handled side of the lid, and you're supposed roughly put the lid on in the appropriate fashion and then press down on the arrows while simultaneously either lifting up on the opposite sides of the lid (to open) or pressing down on the opposite sides (to close). I read the instructions and had no problem. My husband didn't and swore loud and long. After he got it out of his system he heard that I'd been gently suggesting there's a trick for some time now. Since listening to the explanation he's been able to open and close it himself now too. Love being able to warm food on the stove (think cheese sauce to put your macaroni in), then transfer to the oven (for baked macaroni) and then keep the leftovers (if there are any), all in one pan. At Thanksgiving this square pan holds 2 full packages of regular-sized Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (full to the very top) or one package with copious additions to the mix -- gives us enough extra stuffing for the famous stuffing eaters in our family to go to town and still leave some for everyone else to have with the rest of the turkey! Great for one or two packages of quick breads (pretty shallow if one, nearly to the top of the pan if two), again using the lid to let it sit out on the counter as people nibble over the next couple of days. Handles are pushed inward on purpose, so as to take less room in a crowded oven; the startegy works, without cramping my hands when lifting or carrying. I don't normally buy All-Clad (Cuisinart and Tramontina stainless steel cooking pans work well enough for me at much more reasonable prices), but this one is both unique and less expensive than some of their items. A real winner! Now -- could someone (like All-Clad, Nordicware or Cuisinart) please make stainless sheet pans with covers/lids??!! :) :)

It’s good quality pan. Nice weight to it but I wish it was a bit deeper. It’s worth the money. It’s also smaller than it looks.
