Wonderful Quality!

This grill pan is wonderful quality. I used it last night to grill asperagus on my grill. I did spray the pan after heating and also tossed my vegetables in olive oil. Nothing stuck! It grilled them perfectly and no sticking. Super happy with this grill pan!

I love everything All Clad makes. This pan is no exception. It has a heavy, sturdy feel to it like all of their products. This pan goes right onto the grill to cook. It is not easy to clean up after grilling but that is to be expected when using any pan directly on a grill.

It's All Clad & what you would expect

If you are all All Clad fan, then you know what to expect quality-wise. During the summers we have started to cook outside more, and are slowly transforming our side yard into our outdoor cooking station. I came across this and due to my great experience with All Clad, I figured this would be a no brainer.I am very happy with the pan. it is durable, hefty, but still easy to use. It cooked up our vegetables so well on the grill, I was impressed with the outcome. We made brussels sprouts, squash, etc. and all of the dishes have turned out well. The pan allows you to cook on an open flame and with the perforated bottom the food gets direct heat and that chat you love from the BBQ. Simply season and you should be set and good to go. If you have any issues with discoloration after cooking, simply use some bartender's friend or bon ami and you can get it back to brand new.

Unusual pan of high quality

I haven't seen a pan like this before and I've been looking for one like this that can be used with high direct heat on a BBQ. I was so excited when I came across this pan because we grill a lot of fish, shrimp, vegetables and even fruit like pineapple. You can't put those things straight on the grill and other things I've used have either interfered with the cooking or the food stuck or got charred. All Clad is excellent quality and this pan is no exception. It's beautiful, well-balanced, sits flat on the grill and the profile is low enough you can put the top down over it. It holds up to the high heat and the handles are easy to grab (with silicone oven mitts of course). Because it's stainless, it's extremely versatile - can go into the dishwasher (although this pan is sizeable so would probably eat up a good portion of the lower rack!) and can go from cooktop to oven. I had a bit of trouble with cleanup when cooking foods with sugar or residual marinade. You can scrub stainless so it came off but it's hard to get back to its original luster. (I did season it first.) That's my only complaint though. It's an excellent pan.

High quality - heavy duty grill basket

This is a high quality grill basket made by All-Clad. Right away you can tell this is a going to be a good grill basket because its heavy and feels solid. We grilled some extra-large (21-30) count marinated shrimp in our medium sized Big Green Egg. The grilled shrimp had a delicious smoky flavor and it was so much easier using this pan instead of messing around with skewers.My only compliant was that it wasn’t the easiest pan to clean up. This was likely due to the sugar in the marinade which scorched on the pan. The pan can be used up to 600 degrees per the instructions, but I think we had the temperature a bit too high.We look forward to continue to use this pan and learn how to get the most out of it. This grill pan would make a nice gift for your favorite BBQ chef.

All-Clad Reliability

To be honest, I have been an All-Clad user for years now. They are sturdy, reliable pieces of cookware that do not warp and cook evenly. So when I saw the opportunity to acquire an All-Clad pan for outdoor use, I jumped on it. This pan does not disappoint. We use our outdoor grill year round and typically grill fish and vegetables simultaneously. I have historically used a cookie sheet or iron skillet, but this pan has been a great alternative. I put salmon and veggies in and grill them together. The benefit is that this pan allows grill marks (char) on everything being cooked, unlike cookie sheets or cast iron, while preventing items from falling through the grill rack. It’s a one-stop-shop.I seasoned this pan like I do my All-Clad skillets in order to make it more of a non-stick surface. If you are unfamiliar with this technique there are plenty of online tutorials to show you how to do this.I liked this basket so much that I have ordered my daughter one for Christmas. This is a quality pan that I feel is worth the cost.
