This pan is a great value for your money ! It is very easy to clean. It's a great sturdy weight. You may bake either sweets or savory items. So far, I have not had any odor exchange between items. I have used it with Parchment paper to bake & roast potatoes & vegetables. I generally hand wash it. I believe you may wash it in the dishwasher. Another great pan made in the USA! Nothing sticks! Favorite pan ever!!!

Nothing sticks to this pan!! We do a lot of egg based batter we put in the oven. I have 4 different pans in this size. Even when I grease the other pans, stuff gets stuck to the bottom. Not in this pan! Even ungreased, nothing sticks! I love it! I would give it 10 stars if possible!

Such a good quality pan, I bought a second one. I primarily use it for Detroit Style pizza. I have a traditional Detroit steel pan, but the non stick in this pan makes cleanup so much better for me.
