Poorly packaged by All-Clad
This pan arrived with scratches all over it. Unfortunately, I did not notice until I had removed the packaging and was looking at it in better lighting. Now it cannot be returned. The Amazon box arrived in good shape, but the pan itself was damaged. Beware when you purchase that the packaging All-Clad uses is not very good and lends itself to a damaged product. You may need to go through an exchange process.

Scratches easily and bends while baking, the I have to pop it back straight. Also, be sure to use parchment paper or a silicone mat, because when scraping off baked on chicken or so with a plastic spatula, it easily scratched. Now I soak them and only use a dish sponge or brush.

Major problems with warping
I purchased two of these through Amazon. One warped on its first use, sending cake batter running over one edge. The other one was fine... for a few uses. I sent one back through the manufacturer, and they sent me a new one free of charge. Unfortunately, I have had a similar problem with that one. Used at 375-400 degrees, all three pans have warped. While this isn't a big deal with something substantial like cookies, when you want a flat, even cake it's pointless. Time to find another brand.
