Best Baking Pan for Muffins

I love this All Clad line. At first, I wasn't sure about the buying anything outside of their Stainless 5 ply pans but these Pro-Release bakeware pans are so easy to clean especially after making corn muffins. Nothing sticks and I can wipe it clean. No scrubbing. I will definitely buy more of these pans and will order the set.

Awesome All Clad muffin pan!

Love that I only have to prepare the cups with a tiny swipe of shortening or oil. Love that I never have to use those awful paper cups again - the cups that rip off the nice crust of the baked item. LOVE that the baked goods jump right out of the pan! LOVE that the baked goods have a lovely crust on their sides and bottom. LOVE THE CLEANUP - just put a few drops of dish detergent into water in the cups and let pan sit a few minutes with this mixture in it. Wipe it out with a dishcloth and dry it. Ready for the next batch of YUM! Bought 2 pans for friends also.
