Love this All-Clad pan!

I used this pan recently to bake a batch of brownies. I used just a bit of vegetable oil to grease the bottom and sides. The brownies cooked perfectly and came out like a dream. Very high quality baking pan

Have used the pan several times for a variety of items and it cleans up easily. It is a rigid, thick metal pan when compared to any other metal pan I have used. It is much, much easier to clean than glass bake-ware. It is virtually non-stick and I use non-metal utensils only with this pan.

Good Pan but a Little Heavy

What a great brownie pan! They don't stick as this sturdy and a bit heavy pan will serve you well in the kitchen. This is a non stick pan and your brownies will just fall out of the pan. You will love it!
