Works well for cooking bacon and baking cookies
I'm very happy after 4 months of use. Pan feels very heavy duty. Use it routinely for making bacon in the oven (I line the pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.) Also have made cookies a few times and it's really nice to have a matched set for baking and cooling that then can nest together for storage, though my OXO non-stick Pro 11x16 baking sheet and cooling rack combo is slightly better when it comes to unloading the pan.

Since I’ve gotten this set, I’ve baked: chocolate chip cookies, banana nut bread, chocolate cookie bars, and muffins. I didn’t use any form of nonstick preparation (parchment paper, oil, butter, etc.) yet everything has popped right off the pans. Even heat distribution and no warping so far so fingers crossed! Feels professional grade and long lasting. 100% recommend this set.Only downside in my opinion… I wish it came with a 9x9 square dish instead of (2) 9x9 rounds.Still 10/10

My wife and I wanted all-new bakeware. She bakes and cooks a lot so we wanted something that would stand the test of time. Let me tell you, these are extra-heavy-duty and will NOT warp. Hand washing is easy since we can't make anything stick them.Pros:Extra heavy-duty and will not warpEasy to hand wash and virtually nothing sticks to themHandles make getting out of the oven safer and more convenientCooling racks are ideal for those baking cookies. Also makes PERFECT bacon and French friesThese should last a lifetime. Cooking spray and metal utensils will damage the finish. You really don't need a cooking spray as nothing seems to stick to them. High temp silicone utensils are recommended and work great without damaging the finish.Cons:Heavier than we expected. Most pans require both hands (OvGlove oven mitts or equivalent recommended)You might need to purchase additional cooling racks and cookie sheets if you do a lot of baking during holidays. Otherwise you'll need wax paper for cookies straight out of the oven.
