No stick even cooking
I spent hours reading reviews of pots and pans. I was in desperate need of replacements. What I learned was it is not always best to purchase a set of pot and pans but to buy the skillets separately and decide what kind of suace pans are truly need. These skillets are amazing. I love them. Totally worth the money. The cooking is even throughout the process. No sticking. I hand wash and dry them when I am finished.Invest in this set. It is worth it.Side note: I also invested in a stainless steel Saucier Pan. I decided I do more making sauces with roux's in a sauce pan than anything :))))

Quality pans for a reasonable price.....What a concept!
We've been using these pans for over a week and we're very happy with the quality and weight. They heat evenly, and the nonstick surface is amazing. So much better than the set I purchased at a box store, and really not much more expensive. One piece of advice with all of these non-stick pans is have patience! NEVER set heat over medium unless the pan is filled w a liquid. Pre-heat on medium for 5 min then adjust down. If the oil is smoking, the pan is too hot. Excess heat will destroy the non-stick properties!

I bought these to complete my cookware. They are everything they say about them. Even heat, easy to clean and durable etc. I handle with care, wash like they where my 40 year old cast iron (very well seasoned) and nothing sticks. Seasoned when first received. If you are looking for nonstick these are the ones. Treat them right and they will last. Recommend.

My Favorite Pans
100% worth the price! I've been using a different All Clad set (they were gifted to us) for months and they are amazing so I've been slowly collecting all the pieces to replace all my old cookware. They look pretty, they're non stick, and they feel very durable. That said, they are heavy so they may not be the pans for everyone. I can't recommend these pans enough!

These are great pans. Heat evenly and nice looking. Handle doesn't get too hot to touch. I took off one star because it only came with 2 lids.
