Update -- I now have two half sheets, and it's warm chocolate chip cookies tonight :)This stainless baking sheet is sturdy, heavy for it's size - and best of all, does not warp in the oven. It's a half sheet, so it fits easier in the dishwasher. Unlike "non-stick" sheets that won't hold up to scrubbing, with the AllClad you can scrub the stuck on greasy areas clean. I'm about to order one more!

So Happy with This

The key to getting this great stainless steel sheet pan is to order it directly from the Amazon All-Clad store. That way you will not get a knock off like some low star reviewer's who had problems. It is easy to clean, we use it with baking sheets. We have a stainless steel sauce pot that cleans easily with a hot 10 -15m soapy soak so I suspect the sheet pan will too. Has not warped at 450* temperature. Bakes evenly and is wonderful for roasting veggies, baking cookies, etc. True All Clad sheet pan has All-Clad raised letters on the grip edge on the top side of the pan and All-Clad, D-stainless etc. on the bottom. I was a bit nervous at paying the big price tag, but wanted to not use the Aluminum 1/2 sheet pans any longer, the only aluminum cooking item in the kitchen, as there is an association with dementia and aluminum. I can say this purchase is worth it and a pass down to the next generation in lasting quality.

As always, the manufacturer puts out a nice product. No warpage so far after 6 months of steady home use baking in regular and convection ovens with various foods. Each to clean with Bar Keeper's Friend blue. First clean all loose food off (a brush works best), then just dampen the tray and sprinkle on Bar Keeper's Friend to form a paste, then rub the thick paste over the metal to produce a clean shine.

The best cookie sheet!

I love these pans. This is the third one I have bought. Very sturdy, no warping in the oven even on broil and it has room for 5 oversized or six medium cookies. It easily fits in a dishwasher for clean up. The other two have not pitted or stained with regular dishwasher use. The slight curve on the lip on side makes for easy in and out of the oven. Can't recommend them enough.
