Cheap made in China lightweight version
This is not the heavier caphalon classic. This is lightweight, and feels like a 20 dollar pan. Not worth 70 dollars. Returning.

Terrific non-stick pan.
I love this pan because it's just the perfect size to make a meal in. I typically do not like non-stick pans for fear of the non-stick coating coming off of the pan and getting into my food overtime. I have always cooked with stainless steel pan. This also have limited me from cooking certain dishes. I love everything about this pan, from the 2nd handhold, the lid and especially the metal handle as this enables me to roast with this entire pan in the oven so long as I don't exceed 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This is a fantastic pan from an awesome brand! Love it!

Sturdy and non-stick
Ready for gas, electric, or induction. This non-stick pan is very wide, so it is helpful that the heat distribution is effective to cook evenly across the surface. The glass top allows you to see the food cooking. The main handle stays cool during cooking. although the smaller loop handle does get warm, but it was still OK to touch while cooking rice. Very sturdy construction. The non-stick surface is really easy to clean.

Fantastic - handle stays cool, easy cleanup
I really love this pan, and I'm impressed with the Calphalon brand overall. This pan is big enough for cooking meals for the whole family, and the handle stays cool to the touch all the time the meal is cooking. This evening we made a breaded fish dish, and the cleanup was downright astonishing - nothing stuck to the pan, and I was able to rinse out the grime then clean with a soapy soak and a dishrag, and the glass lid did a great job holding in the heat & that was easy to clean as well. This pan is very large - bigger than any of my other pans - and it's the large pan I've been looking for. I'm really glad I ordered this, and it's going to get a lot of use.

There really isn't much to say. This pan is large, with tall sides, and it's non-stick as well. It comes with the lid you see in the images. It feels nice to cook in too. Seems like a fairly high quality product and I'm pleased with it.
