mixed emotions
not sure yet. after first use it’s miserable to clean. yet the concept of it works great. and it looks great as long as you don’t use it. after first use it’s black and ugly. so if you don’t care about the looks go for it. but at the same note then why spend the extra money. we have all all clad. and love the line. but also love the look when the items are nice and clean. so yes this does do a great job but it’s not something that you are going to hand on your pot rack. more hide in the oven or grill after first use. so mixed emotions. just being honest.

The holes are stamped and left rough at the bottom, for such an expensive tray they should have polished the sharp edges of the holes.
