Beautiful Bowl, Poor Product Packaging

First off the bowl is gorgeous, get it! The olive design pops on the artichaut color. However, even though Amazon shipped it well protected with packaging material inside the Amazon box but insise the Le Creuset box there was no packaging or protection at all so the bowl arrived broken. Amazon readily replaced it but the second Le Creuset box again had 0 protection and the bowl fits loosely in its product box so you could hear it shift when picking up the box. Amazon has good policies for this type of thing but I'd hate to order it anywhere else with Le Creuset's poor product packaging. The same thing happened to me with a butter dish of theirs so this is definitely on the manufacturer.
