The finest roasting rack I've used. Its aces. Great size. Was easily able to hold this year's 23lbs turkey. Handles don't fold inwards like other brands. Was stunning to just look at with its mirror finish. If you don't mind the price, its worth the purchase.

Bottom is wobbly.
The pan is very wobbly and can rock back and fourth on all four sides. This would easily effect performance when on top of the stove and be a little dangerous when working with fluids. I suspect it would have done well in the oven but the design flaw was to great to consider using it. I returned and went with the similar All-Clad roasting pan albeit for less money.Oh and before you ask, yes I checked the bottom of the pan and tried it on multiple surfaces to make sure I wasn't crazy...
Great Roasting Pan
This is a traditional heavy stainless steel roasting pan with handles that are easy to grip with a pot holder. It's extremely well made. Not only will it work in your oven, it can be used by all manner of stove tops, including induction, in which to make gravy or sauces.
