They are super heat resistant. You don’t even need to put it at high for it to get hot. The value is worth your money. I haven’t had any scratching yet and I’ve used them about almost everyday since I got them. It’s really easy to cook on. Easy to clean !

These are gorgeous and so well made
I really needed a larger stock pot and wanted pans with lids but these were so nice I had a hard time returning them. Demeyere won out over these after all though. I love that there are no rivets in the Demeyere and so much more. I would buy Le Creuset if I didn't need the larger pot and want a glass lid on a skillet. Nice medium size set that makes sense for most people. So nice to look at, too.
Pans and pots good quality, lids not good
The knob of one of the lids just snapped, the quality of the pans are good, but the quality of the lids are not good. I’m still waiting for support from le creuset.
