Wonderful addition to my Le Creuset collection !
I have several pieces of Le Creuset and this is my favorite piece so far. It is versatile, easy to clean, and so beautiful that I leave it on my stovetop. It's dishwasher safe but so easy to clean that I usually wash it by hand.

Thought this was supposed to be non stick?
I bought this to replace cheap enamel and other non stick pans that were scratched. This is not non stick. I lose probably a whole egg when scrambling eggs. Guess I was duped to pay for the name and color. My lodge and normal cast irons are much better in that regard.
