Everything Sticks
This pan is a mess. Even at medium high heat with oil . . .food sticks. AND, just as bad, it cannot be cleaned easily, I've tried 'deglazing' with white wine. I've tried soaking in Dawn Direct Foam AFTER deglazing. The finish doesn't come clean. For the price this is a total waste.
