I reviewed so many pans. Apparently, they all eventually chip. These work beautifully and wash very well! We are hand washing them and using pan protectors. So far, so perfect!

great pans but can lose nonstick
I bought this set about 2 years ago and both pans see daily use. They heat very evenly and have great build quality and are very easy to clean - while the non stick lasts. The smaller pan is still about perfect I can wipe it out with no effort and looks good as new , but the larger pan has gotten worse and worse with time, the bottom has dulled. It could be to occasional overheating while cooking which is hard to avoid when frying or braising. It still cooks OK but is hard to clean. I am considering getting a new one, but they are spendy and I had hoped to get more than 2 years.

Love these pans. Yes, they are a little more expensive, but for me it's certainly worth the extra.Their thick bases take a little longer to heat up, but they heat evenly and have an excellent non-stick coating that makes clean up a breeze. Handles stay cool to the touch even if the pan has been sitting on the burner for a while.Don't use metal utensils and these should last a lifetime.
