I use this pan one or more times daily. Very non stick; rinse and wipe clean. The pan heats slowly and distributes the heat evenly. This pan is great for cooking veggies with little oil. Also it makes the best perfectly round and beautiful omelets. The is a high end, high quality pan.

This is my 3rd Le Creuset pan. They are wonderful to cook in! Easily the best non-stick cookware I have used. This is a good, deep pan. Excellent for stir fry and larger quantities. I do wish the bottom was a little bigger, so there was more flat area. It's a little heavy, but that's because of the excellent quality. I expect this to last me as long as I want to keep it. I look forward to buying more Le Creuset!! I kind of wish some of my other pots and pans would go ahead and give out so I can buy more. : )

My new favorite wok
I already had a very large electric wok, that works great, but it's big. This wok works great for daily use, large, but am able to wash in sink. The non-stick is the best. I don't use metal utensils, but I think you can, without a problem. I don't regret the purchase, and with doing a lot more cooking at home, due to Covid-19, it's a great investment. It makes cooking more enjoyable.

I could never cook in this pan, this is what the inside looks like, already coming apart, I guess that's what you get when you buy used on Amazon, should have been thrown out, not sold, smdh, now my return payment is being slow walked back to me, five minutes after I returned this pan, my phone alerted me that the other pan I had in my cart, was charged to my account, when I asked Amazon about that, I was told I had bought it, wait, what????, someone at Amazon didn't like that fact that I returned their defective pan and decided to charge me for another one that was in my cart, while I was driving home from ups
