If cast iron cookware is too heavy for you to handle, this pan is the answer
I now have a Le Creuset pan that doesn't require a crane to hoist it. The finish is perfect and may even prove to be indestructible. After about half a dozen different dishes, I am happier with this pan after each use. Cleaning is a breeze because nothing sticks to it. It's still heavy though, but not like cast iron.
