Heats evenly. If one follows the care instructions for upkeep of the Nonstick. One will not be disappoint. Le Creuset is worth it, but a bit pricey.

I bought this skillet for myself, and I liked it so much that I bought one and have it as a wedding gift. It has been the best nonstick pan I have had. It is a bit pricey, but I feel like it’s still under the price of diminishing returns. Eggs have been easy to cook, also stir fry, and it’s been simple to clean.

It's amazing, non-stick is perfect
I bought this specifically for it's non-stick capabilities. I don't use oil, butter or anything and everything cleans off this pan in seconds. Doesn't matter what I cook. I've been using it 2-3x a day since I got it and no issues yet. I would definitely not use any metal objects against it to maintain the coating. The tops are sold separately... had to buy one of those too for steaming or slow cookingOnly disappointing complaint for me was: I was trying to buy this company because I thought it was made in Europe - and it is 100% Made in China. I specifically researched and their website even said their products were made in Europe, then I get it and nope. Says so on the box - Made in China... That was a let down as it seems almost impossible to get something not made there and I felt deceived by the company's marketing

I purchased this pan in October, 2021 and it’s still fantastic several months later! This pan is truly nonstick off you treat it right and follow the directions. Le creuset offers a great warranty if needed, and I may send it away soon to be re-seasoned. We use this pan easily 3-4 times per day in my house between my bus and and myself. I would definitely buy another le creuset product!

Best non-stick pan I've ever had
I got tired of buying new non-stick pans every year or so and finally paid the money and bough the Le Crueset Pro Fry Pan. Why didn't I do this years ago? It is a wonderful pan, everything you could ever want, sturdy, heavier than the pans I used to buy, great non-sticking ability, balanced heat. I bet I won't ever have to buy another non-stick pan.
Just under 3 years and the bottom falls out.
The bottom of the pan fell out as I was washing it. I could tell thatsomething was not right, as oil was leaking out of the pan as I was cooking.Could not understand why. Pan was only used on med heat. Never been ina dishwasher. Washed by hand. Do not buy.
