Priced better than I found anywhere
Priced better than I found anywhere, locally. Typical quality of any Le Creuset product. It'll last for decades, feels good in your hands and looks as good as any other brand you might be interested in.
Great workhorse
This has become an essential pan in my kitchen. It is good for so many applications, but I wanted it mostly for making creamed potatoes. There is just two of us, so I needed something small. (No damage done to it with the masher) It will also make a great cheese sauce, with no sticking, and a small quantity of rice pudding. Turns out it's pretty good for many jobs. I make a risotto for two in it, with absolutely no sticking or burning. It is solid, extremely well made and I expect it will last for years. I also purchased two other sizes in this pan and they have pretty much rendered most of my other pans obsolete. Dare I also confess I put them all in the dishwasher!!! They come out like new pans every time. Highly recommend them.
