The blue edge has survived the dishwasher for a few years now. The glaze is excellent and tea stains come right out in dishwasher. The cups are just the right size for my 12 oz. of coffee.

Cracked and tiny
2 complaints. First, 1 of 4 mugs developed a crack within 30 days. It was never dropped or banged. We've never had this happen with any other dishes. Perhaps it arrived cracked, and we just didn't notice. Second, the mugs are tiny. Especially if you take milk in your coffee. They're less than 2.5" tall. They hold 8.5 ounces. Add more and your coffee spills over. Please make your cups bigger Made In Cookware.

Well made,, heavy, a bit squat for my liking.
I like that this product was made in England versus China. That’s the main reason we bought themQuality construction, nice glaze. They are heavy, if this is an issue for anyone. They hold the heat fairly well, but a slightly taller and narrower cup would be better. So far I haven’t found any that aren’t made in China, hence the reason we bought these.

Had ordered a few days prior and 1 mug of 4 was broken. Yesterday I received a perfect package (thanks for the prompt replacement Amazon). The blue trim on these mugs matches beautifully with our cabinets/shelving (Inkwell). My Tea Tastes Better In This Cup! No, Really!
This cup has : - A smooth, luxurious feel to the lips; - A handle large enough to accommodate at least three fingers; - An elegant handle that does not protrude weirdly too far out; - (Bonus!) A mouth that fits some 16-oz coffee mug lids I have lying around.These are good to serve tea to guests in; 16 / 24 ounces seem unseemly and wasteful for such a purpose.This cup is a more modest 12 ounces - just the right size.Ordering a second set, before the manufactures retires this design.
