Fabulous pans
I love the fact that I do not have to worry what type of chemicals are going into my family! Soooo many of the "green" products are NOT GREEN! This one is.

Quality product from a quality company
While these pots and pans do come with a higher price tag, it's the meticulous attention to detail that justifies the cost, not to mention the fact that they are proudly made in the USA. The 5-ply construction seamlessly blended without any visible seams, and the coating shows no signs of overspray or imperfections. It's truly a testament to the incredible craftsmanship behind them. The handles feel great and cold in your hand, and those generously sized rivets seem like they'll stand the test of time. Additionally, the off-white color of the coating is even more attractive in person than in the photos.Made In doesn't make it a breeze to find information on their non-stick coating, but they do have a compelling explanation on their website about why they believe Teflon is a superior choice compared to ceramic. I tend to agree with their perspective. However, it's important to note that top-notch performance does come with certain requirements, such as hand washing and using gentle utensils. One of the standout features for me is that these products are manufactured in the USA. When they assert that they don't use PFOA in the coating, you can trust that they mean what they say.As for the performance of these pans, they deliver on every front. I whipped up an omelet, and the even heating prevented any egg tearing. When I browned some meat, cleaning the pan afterward was a breeze. If you're used to lightweight, budget pans, these may feel a bit heftier, but the consistent heating they provide is a game-changer. I even achieved a fantastic sear on some salmon. These pans are worth every penny!

Pealing after 2 months
UPDATE: after 2 months of semi weekly use. It’s pealing!! Non-stick coatings can be toxic so we are having to throw away the pots and pans. Never have I had a set start to peak to quickly or badly as this one after such a short time.I was worried about the champagne color staining, so of course I started with a red pasta sauce to test it.. To my delight it came out perfectly white in the end!! Yay!! The set itself is solid and HEAVY.. which means to me it feels like it comes across as good, solid steel. Definitely a step up from my old set and I cannot wait to see how these wear (if they do) over time.

Wow!! I have an all clad set and these are similar, I am off
I cannot start off giving them five stars because I’ve got to use them and overtime. I’ll be able to tell where the hotspots are if any what the pros and cons are but first impressions are these are SUPER substantial I think they’re better than my all clad which is stainless steel inside and out, I was slow to getting ANY pans sets that completely have all items with a nonstick coating, but when I read that these are 70 times more durable than any of the other coatings I figured I would finally cave in and put that to the test (*other members in my family have had various nonstick coating ceramic, etc. and they’ve all been OK at first but inevitably they start to come off) I used to run a commercial kitchen so I know my way around commercial cookware and that’s what this reminds me of in my initial assessment of them. One of the big difference between cooking with nonstick versus stainless steel is that they say that I can’t preheat this to a crazy hot temp (*without some thing in it like butter or oil in it first) so as far as for searing a steak in a hot pan that only has a bit of coarse salt in it (like I do in my cast iron pans), I can't use these for that purpose or similar recipes that require that type of searing. I'm still going to have to use my trusty old cast-iron pans for that. I’m not saying you couldn’t heat this up HIGH with oil in a pan but at the high temps I prefer to use (*generally speaking for the temperatures that I like to sear a steak in) so if you’realso into that type of cooking, just remember they also DON"T recommend cooking sprays because they build up overtime (and they aren't meant for them).Always remember that they want you to preheat the pan with something in it like butter or oil. These pans are oven safe up to 500° and of course they tell you do not use metal utensils even though these are durable, they say that you should abide by standard rules for nonstick coatings*And always layer something in between the surfaces. If you’re going to stack these to protect the coating!!!........ so there you go, I will update with pictures or remarks regarding how well these hold up over timer but for now the important thing to remember is that they’re very well-made I(*n the USA!). I might add that this held a BIG reason why I decided to try them as their longevity should be far better to an imported version due to our higher standards here!I like that they proudly display that on the bottom of their pans so last, but not least there’s a bottom shot picture for you of this (the last picture) : Made in the USA !*America! * you gotta love a company that’s proud of where they’re from. :-) I can’t say that this little tidbit didn’t sway me to giving these pans a try……. Because it did.🥰. OK I’m gonna start off with five stars and I will come back and deduct a star. Should they have an issue?...I just can’t give them 4 stars for no reason other than there’s nothing wrong yet that’s kind of like saying they’re partially guilty until proven innocent nope they’re innocent until proven guilty so they get five stars. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it lol. ;-)

Solid product and great value
Great non-stick surface, clean up is easy. Even heat such that you need to turn down burner to lower level than you are used to with other pans. Will certainly be adding to this set!
Quality pans and lids
I researched reviews extensively for this set of non stick pans. I’ve had ceramic nonstick in the past and wasn’t happy with the durability. I can’t speak to durability yet on these, but the nonstick surface is really slick and really doesn’t stick but allows for great searing. My foods cooked in these pans are already improved. It’s a very easy to clean by hand. I really like the sturdy, mid weight feel of the pans. I can tell they are quality made just by feel. The lids are very tight fitting. The bottoms are smooth and won’t scratch my induction cooktop. Overall very happy. The price was higher than my last set of non stick pans, but so far these are clearly much better.
