Fantastic cookware. I’ve been using it a few months now. Get a nonstick pan somewhere (I prefer ceramic) for things like eggs just to make life easier. If you use PROPER techniques for cooking with stainless you will love these pans. If you don’t know how to use them, spend 15 minutes on YouTube. It will save you hours of frustration and result in flawless meals with easy cleanup.

Made a simple egg in the small pan. Heated the pan as the directions explained. Added the fat as directed and let that spread before adding the egg. The egg stuck the pan had stuck on egg, it was just awful. It was hard to clean. I packed it up and returned it. $800.00 pots and pans tou don't expect this to happen. I have less expensive stainless steel pans for 20 years and this has never happened and they still look new. I am so very disappointed. I know how to cook, I've owned restaurants and this has never happened to me with a pan.

So I’ve been on my own for a while now. So I decided if I’m going to do this do it right. Fake it until you make it. I think these are a great value for what you get, but money wasn’t a factor for me. I tested a few brands, including this one before buying this set.Easy to clean, yes, well if you use the dishwasher. Which I tested on the individual pan I bought from them. What’s the point of having a dishwasher if you don’t utilize it. I have since hand washed these and it does take a little elbow grease, but makes them look brand new. Can you take a Ferrari to a drive through car wash? No, but you can. These are well made so I’m not particularly worried about that in a rush, but hand cleaning to me is relaxing, just as my Japanese knives.I’ll combine value for the money and the light weight portion. These aren’t the cheapest, but cheaper than the other brand I looked at. Tbh, if these would have been more expensive than the more expensive brand I would still have bought them. I kind of like owning something crafted from Italy, but these pots & pans are great. Well made and fit great in my medium size hands. I can’t see a woman having any issues holding one one of these. They are not lite, but not lead either. To me an appropriate weight.Last I will say I bought these because I just bought an induction cooktop. There is a learning curve on that, but these cook awesome on it. I suspect these will outlive me and look great doing it.

Stainless pans are good, non stick will scratch
We really want to like this set. The stainless pans are great quality and we have no problems with those.The non stick pan seems to scratch very easily. We don't use any metal utensils, only silicone and bamboo yet the non stick still gets scratches. Pretty annoying. Hope it lasts. Updated more pics. Really expected more out of the non stick pan

Probably the best I’ve ever used. Heat is well distributed and does not escape. Lids stay in place even if you want to leave them partially open. Superb quality.
